I know many hate/fear the taste of those ginger and spices in this cookie. Hence I gave it a twist and came up with the delectable Caramel flavour!

They are shaped like that of a Chupa Chups, and really, it's that easy to eat! Just pop them in like you would with M&m's. Delicious. Pineapple paste with soft fragrant butter pastry on the outside. MmmmmmmYUM~

Rummy Raisin Cookies!

Not much words to describe this lovely cookie!! Just so in love with it!

I mean, for those who really appreciates raisins soaked in rum (actually i use Martell!) , you would love this cookie reeeally much ^_^

Hmm.. and maybe alcohol has some interesting reactions to all those butter and flour, this cookie kinda melts in your mouth.. its just not the usual crispy crunchy texture!

You've gotta try it!
